▸ HOW TO USE
- Bring 1 litre of water to a rolling boil.
- Add 100 g of tapioca pearls slowly into the boiling water.
- Stir gently to prevent pearls from sticking together.
- Cook for 20–25 minutes until the pearls become soft and chewy.
- Turn off the heat, cover and let the pearls rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse lightly, then soak the pearls in sugar syrup or honey for flavour.
- Add to milk tea, fruit tea, or iced beverages and serve immediately.
