• Use 100 g of tapioca pearls with 1 litre of water.
• Bring 1 litre of water to a boil.
• Add 100 g of tapioca pearls and cook according to the recommended cooking instructions.
• Once cooked, drain the pearls and add your preferred liquid sweetener.
• You can use fructose or cane sugar according to your preferred sweetness.
• Add the prepared tapioca pearls to your favourite milk tea, bubble tea or fruit tea.
