Ingredients

Wheat Flour (Japanese Blend), Water, Japanese Solar Salt.

How to Use
  1. Boil: Bring at least 1.5 liters of water to a rolling boil. Add 100g of noodles and cook for 8–13 minutes until desired chewiness.
  2. Rinse: Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold running water for at least 2 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Prepare Broth: Heat your preferred udon broth or mentsuyu separately.
  4. Reheat (For Hot Serving): Briefly dip noodles in hot water for 10–15 seconds to warm through.
  5. Serve: Place noodles in a bowl, pour broth over, and garnish with green onions or Shichimi Togarashi.
